* £590 per week for 2 week bookings. £615 for bookings of only 1 week duration.
* Changeover day: Saturday unless otherwise agreed. One Week Holiday ( Sat to Sat ) is defined as 7 nights Accommodation, with departure on the 8th Day. Any requirement to vary the booking outside of (Saturday to Saturday) may involve an additional charge.

* Reasonable use of Air Con or Warm air central heating is included in the above.
* On the day of departure we need you to prepare to vacate the property by 10.00am local time in order that we can prepare the property for any future tennant, however if it is possible we may be able to extend this time if you have later flights. Please check this with us if you have late flights and if we can we will help.
Please see Booking Terms for full terms & conditions. In summary, a deposit of 25% is payable at time of booking. The balance of the rental payment to be made 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Final payment will be required on all bookings made within the 8 week period. A security deposit cheque is required with the final payment. This cheque will be returned to you or destroyed following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period.
